Confession...

Most people need 8 hours of sleep to rejuvenate and balance hormones - especially the hunger control hormones. I don't ever get 7 or 8 hours of sleep! How can I when I have early morning clients, after late night rehearsals or sessions? However, this lack of sleep will catch up with me and sometimes does, by knocking on my feet with a sickness that leaves me bed ridden. Im grateful I haven't had that in a long time:) Lets Plan to sleep 7-8 hours nightly to help control binge eating and weight gain. Furthermore, to allow our bodies to rejuvenate and recover so that we can be our best selves the following day!!!!
