If you’re looking for a good way to change the appearance of those outer and inner legs, try changing your foot position.

Here’s how:

  • To work more outer thigh, keep feet close together and pointing straight in front of you.
  • For inner thigh, turn feet outward.
  • With either position, always be sure your knees travel in a straight line over your big toes.
