What is THE SHRED?
Our most renowned CRF experience! This two week intensive combines the first chapter of your PERSONALIZED nutrition narrative and UNLIMITED Group Fitness Classes! It includes your urinalysis, the CRF naked scale measurement system, two nutrition assessments, daily coaching and accountability. In your initial CRF nutrition assessment, our intention is to get to know YOU! In this safe space, our nutrition team will discover essential knowledge about your history, habits and lifestyle. During your urinalysis test, this will give us an in-depth snapshot of what foods your body ABSORBS or BURNS for the past few weeks. This is crucial information that allows our nutrition team to create your Personalized CRF Nutrition Narrative.
With the new CRF NAKED SCALE technology, our nutrition team will accurately track your PROGRESS in full detail. It includes your body fat percentages, lean mass, fat mass, overall weight and measurements in less than 20 seconds. The Naked scale uses infrared light to capture your 3D body model, which is visualized on the Naked app to help you better understand your body and see RESULTS.
What is the CRF nutrition narrative?
We have structured your CRF nutrition journey into 4 chapters. We begin with our renowned program, THE SHRED, OWNERSHIP, MANIFESTATION and TRANSFORMATION. By isolating and re-incorporating specific foods intentionally in each chapter, it provides us vital knowledge of how these foods complement each other. We ultimately want to create BALANCE for you. What is the urinalysis test?
The CRF URINALYSIS allows us to dissect exactly which foods your body ABSORBS or BURNS. Our nutrition team will measure the ketone levels in your urine to see how your body responds to food. Depending on your results, this information will be vital in the customization of your CRF Personalized Nutrition narrative.
Why is daily coaching and accountability important?
At Core Rhythm fitness, we believe in shoulder-to-shoulder, daily coaching and accountability. During the course of your CRF Nutrition journey, our team will be up-to-date with the daily tracking of your food intake. We will check in with you each morning and each evening to keep you inspired and focused on your fitness declarations! We will measure your internal states of ketosis through the CRF Urinalysis. Frequent physical body measurements provide us the empirical information as to where you are RELEASING and which areas we have the opportunity to SHRED! We work with you shoulder-to-shoulder to ultimately create BALANCE for you as you shift your relationship with food. What is Remote nutrition?
We offer Remote Nutrition for clients who are unable to travel to New York City but want to experience the CRF Nutrition Method. Our CRF Nutrition team will send an extensive questionnaire to get to know who you are, your nutrition/fitness journey thus far and where you want to be! This information enables your nutrition team to CUSTOMIZE your CRF Nutrition Narrative for your exact goals! You will be equipped with the tools and personalized narrative to set you up to WIN! This program will be all about self accountability to MANIFEST sustainable and REMARKABLE results. How many times each week should I work with a Personal Trainer?
If you are new to fitness, we recommend training sessions at least 2-3 times per week.
Which Personal training package should I purchase?
It depends on your lifestyle and what fitness declarations you want to manifest. At CRF, we offer value packs for our in-studio and in-home packages. Most CRF clients choose packages between 5, 10 and 20 sessions.
Do you offer a payment plan?

How quickly will I see the results of my training?
Expect to FEEL the results of your training sessions sooner than you SEE them. Our CRF clients manifests improvements in sleep, mood and energy levels within two to three weeks.

What happens in a CRF Personal training session?
Each session begins with the CRF signature pilates warm up. We proceed with your tailored program designed specifically for your body type, level and goals. Our CRF trainers specialize in shredding/leaning the body, building strength and endurance while aligning your entire body through the core. We finish your session with a grounding meditation and stretch.

We also offer TheraGun muscle release service to aid in client’s muscle recovery. The TheraGun is a vital tool to speed up the recovery process. It drives blood flow and oxygen to the injured or recovering area, which drives lactic acid away, resulting in a looser joint. That allows our trainers to truly work with each client to accelerate their recovery.
Do I need prior experience to join a class?
No experience necessary, all fitness levels are welcome!
Our CRF instructors will inquire about any injuries or ailments at the beginning of each class. Modifications will be offered to you throughout the offering. Safety first!

Do I need to reserve a spot in advance?
Our Group Fitness Offerings sell out quickly. It is best to reserve your spot one week in advance, this way we can guarantee your reservation.
What should I wear to class?
For all CRF Group Fitness offerings, a breathable t-shirt or workout top are ideal, with shorts, pants, leggings or capris and standard athletic shoes.
What should I bring with me to class?
Bottled water, a positive attitude and great energy!
