My dance teacher in college believed in Pilates and taught Pilates to us, instead of dance, during my last two years of conservatory training as an actor. Upon graduating, I began touring in shows all across the country. I continued my education of Pilates while teaching it to my fellow cast members.  After moving to LA, I was certified at REFORM Pilates, taught by Doreen Remo, and STUDIO SOMA, taught by Thalia Thomas;  you can find more info about me at: www.StudioSoma.com.  

Since then, CORE RHYTHM FITNESS has been teaching Pilates Fitness and Nutrition to many clients both in New York and LA. As a Certified Pilates Instructor and Fitness Trainer, it has been a great joy seeing people's lives transform and align into becoming their best selves!
