YOUR CRF Nutrition Narrative

A CRF Nutrition Narrative is a customized 6- to 8-week journey made up of four chapters. This Narrative will outline everything you need to know about your nutrition, teaching you about the exact foods your body can recognize as fuel so that you can build lean muscle mass, rather than store fat.

Chapter 1: The Shred

Releasing the excess that is holding you back and embracing the vision that you declare.

Chapter 2: Ownership

Taking responsibility for who you are and understanding how you can continue your momentum.

Chapter 3: Manifestation

Activating your powerhouse to create new results that align with your purpose.

Chapter 4: Transformation

Using the results you created to establish a sustainable future that works for your body, mind, and spirit.

To tailor your Narrative specifically to you, we will measure your:

  • weight
  • height
  • body fat %
  • body mass index
  • waist, hip, chest, arm, and thigh measurements

We will also be performing a URINALYSIS, which entails measuring the ketone levels in your urine to see how your body responds to food. This will help us create your personalized CRF Nutrition Narrative by showing us the exact foods you need to be eating.

You will need to install the free MyFitnessPal app on your smartphone or tablet to record your daily food diary. This is one of the ways that we'll be tracking your progress and your adherence to the Narrative!
