This studio was built for leaders whose lives don’t fit “ideal” fitness systems.
Traditional programs ask for more time, more discipline, and more consistency than real life allows. When those systems fail, the blame often falls on the client.
We believe that’s a design problem, not a motivation problem.

We work with a limited number of clients to ensure attention, continuity, and results. Every relationship begins with The Rhythm Reset for Leaders so recommendations are made intentionally, not generically.

Available as a monthly add-on. Aimed at making your workouts more effective and helping you build lasting healthy habits. -
Once a month, invite a guest to join you. They can use one of your sessions or train alongside you in a duo workout.

Your CRF team is with you the whole way — tracking progress, holding you accountable, and helping you adapt when life gets busy.

With the All-Star Membership, all sessions are flexible. Train in-studio (uptown or downtown), at home, or virtually. Traveling? You can even train from a hotel gym. Sessions are interchangeable, so you never lose momentum.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan (1x, 2x, 3x per week, in-home, or virtual-only) before your next billing cycle.

Each month, you can bring 1 guest:
Transfer one of your sessions to them, OR
Do a duo session together.
Guests can only join once per month — it’s designed as a special way to share your training.

Our trainers bring the essentials — bands, weights, mats, and more. You just need a small space.

Nutrition coaching is a monthly add-on where all star members receive a discount.
