Jazmin Davis Jazmin has been a dancer since the age of three and was introduced to movement at a young age. She fell in love with Pilates and completed her certification with BASI in 2020 and later received her personal training certificate through NASM in 2023. Jazmin describes herself as a movement educator whose main focus is on body awareness and self efficacy. She encourages her students to learn more about the way their bodies move and translate that into their everyday lives.

Jamie Hawkins I am a certified Pilates instructor trained by Elevate Pilates, bringing a thoughtful and results-driven approach to every session. As a lifelong athlete with a background in gymnastics, volleyball, and track & field, I was drawn to Pilates for its precision and ability to challenge the body in dynamic ways. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, I focus on body awareness and intentional movement, helping my clients build strength and confidence both in and out of the studio.

Is my fitness level high enough to work with a Personal Trainer?
Absolutely! Our CRF trainers work with clients of all fitness levels. We program your sessions tailored to your fitness level and your individual physique goals.
How many times each week should I work with a Personal Trainer?
If you are new to fitness, we recommend training sessions at least 2-3 times per week.
Which Personal training offering should I purchase?
It depends on your lifestyle and what fitness declarations you want to manifest. At CRF, our offerings range from in-studio to in-home to the virtual experience.
If your week to week schedule is not consistent and varies based on your career, then the empowered adventure which offers 6 training sessions is ideal for you.
If you are able to be consistent with at least 2 training sessions per week, then the Consistent Contender gives you 10 training sessions plus 2 cryotherapy treatments.
If you are serious about your goals and can train at least 3 times a week, then the Devoted Champion gives you 20 training sessions, plus 4 cryotherapy treatments.
For the ultimate savings our Loyal Extraordinaire gives you 30 training sessions, and 6 cryotherapy treatments.

How quickly will I see the results of my training?
Expect to FEEL the results of your training sessions sooner than you SEE them. Our CRF clients manifest improvements in sleep, mood and energy levels within two to three weeks.
With consistency and intention with your personal training combined with CRF nutrition, the sooner we can manifest next level results!
What happens in a CRF Personal training session?
Each session begins with the CRF signature pilates warm up. We proceed with your tailored program designed specifically for your body type, level and goals. Our CRF trainers specialize in shredding/leaning the body, building strength and endurance while aligning your entire body through the core. We finish your session with a grounding meditation and stretch.
What’s included in your CRF Personal training service?
The NAKED SCALE is revolutionary and the first of its kind. With this new technology, our Personal training team will accurately track your PROGRESS in full detail. It includes your body fat percentages, lean mass, fat mass, overall weight and full body measurements in less than 20 seconds. The Naked scale uses infrared light to capture your 3D body model, which is visualized on the Naked app to help you better understand your body and progress. This is GAME CHANGING!
We also offer TheraGun muscle release service to aid in client’s muscle recovery. The TheraGun is a vital tool to speed up the recovery process. It drives blood flow and oxygen to the injured or recovering area, which drives lactic acid away, resulting in a looser joint. That allows our trainers to truly work with each client to accelerate their recovery.
Lastly, with every PT offering, you receive a Free Naked Body Scan to track your results. We recommend doing a Body Scan every 60 days.
Do I have full access to the gym amenities?
Yes! ONLY with a special CRF membership discount for gym membership and access. Please inquire with our Enrollment team to get started with this membership.
PERSONAL TRAINING LATE CANCEL POLICY
A 24 hour notice is required for Personal training sessions to be cancelled. One session will be deducted from your existing package if you do not allow 24 hours for cancellation. Circumstances beyond one’s control such as death, fire, flood etc. will be considered.

All CRF services purchased are final. No refund policy is enforced.
COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Your safety is our top priority.
We are adjusting our requirements according to the CDC.
For your FIRST TIME VISIT, please provide your COVID19 vaccination record and photo I.D.
We maintain a clean facility. We will continue to do so and will be thoroughly sanitizing the equipment before, during, and after each session.
For clients who are not ready to come back into the studio just yet, we will continue to offer Virtual and In-Home/Outdoor Personal Training for a 360-customized experience for YOU!
If you feel sick, please stay home.
Exercise is not only counterproductive when you are sick, but it is also a safety concern right now. To help protect the well-being of our community, we have also instructed our staff to stay home if experiencing even the slightest of symptoms.
We are monitoring local, state, and federal guidelines as well as using common sense.
